Introduction of Tawau
Tawau population is about 306,497 peoples. Tawau is famous for seafood and agriculture (mainly cocoa and oil palm). It is also famous for eco-tourism. The town area is divided to few major place like Fajar, Sabindo and Tawau lama (old town). Tourist who like diving to famous Sipadan Island would stay at this town for transit. Basically tourists and visitors can come to Tawau via air (MAS, Air Asia), land by Coaches and buses from Kota Kinabalu and sea (ferry) from Indonesia (Nunukan and Tarakan)
